The ACCF is open to all BJCP categories of beer, mead, and cider/perry. We have also retained our special pepper beer category, and 2007 is the Year of the Chipotle. Entries will be accepted July 7 to July 21. Entries (2 bottles) are $8 each ($9 if not entered online). Ribbons will be awarded to the top three entries in each category. 500 gallons of the Best of Show beer will be brewed at the Blue Star in San Antonio. =20 The ACCF is AHA/BJCP sanctioned, and judges and stewards are needed for this event.
