Pre-registration is required. Cost is $20 and includes a BBQ dinner, a pint of Wynkoop beer, and presentations from Randy Mosher on off flavors, complete with spiked beer samples (thanks to Siebel Institute for providing flavor spikes!), and BJCP President Gordon Strong, who will give an overview on using the new BJCP second round score sheets that will be used for the second round of the National Homebrew Competition. This competition features separate homebrew and commercial divisions with a total of 600 entries. There will be a session on Friday evening and two sessions on Saturday.
