Subject: Final Call for Judges: LongShot Western Regionals 


Hello West Coast Beer Judges!

FYI: This is your last chance to sign up for one of
the
best beer judging event this year!

As some of you already know, we'll be hosting
Western Regionals for the Samuel Adams LongShot 2007
Competition,
on June 2nd and 3rd (Saturday & Sunday), in the Hotel
Nikko
(note the hotel change from last year) in San
Franciso.

This is a AHA/BJCP sanctioned event.

We're almost up to our recruiting goal, but we need a
few more
judges and stewards to help out.  So sign up before we
run out of hotel rooms!

If you would like to help out on either one or both of
those dates,

(If you've already signed up, I'll be contacting you
about one week
before the event, to confirm that you're still coming,
and to give
you instructions on confirming your room at the hotel
in San Francisco.)

People volunteering both days and traveling from
out-of-town,
will be provided with a hotel room saturday night in
SF,
in the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco (222 Mason St.).

Breakfest, lunch and dinner will also be provided on
Saturday, June 2nd,
as well as breakfest and lunch on Sunday, June 3rd.
(Parking at the Nikko will be paid for, but we
encourage you to
take public transportation if you can.  The Powell
steet BART station
is only a few blocks away).

we've been
authorized by the BJCP to use the new "check-list"
score-sheet,
which you can download and review at:

Please take a few moments to review this, and perhaps
practise judging a one or two beers one your own at
