The popularity of the Brewer's Cup grows each year and your judging skills are needed. The Brewers Cup features separate homebrew and commercial divisions with over 500 entries. This year, the organizers are expecting a large increase in commercial entries and experienced judges are especially needed for this division. As a BJCP sanctioned event, points will be awarded. *****Judge Compensation***** Local judges will be paid a stipend of $25 per day. Judges who travel more than 100 miles to judge will be paid $100 to cover meals and a hotel room. The Marten House is the official hotel for the competition. Be sure to certain to ask for the Indiana State Fair Judge rate of $69.00 per night. There are also a number of hotels downtown that are within walking distance of three brewpubs and a BW3 with a fantastic beer selection. Indianapolis is a vibrant city with lots of attractions of interest to individuals and families. There are eight brewpubs in Indianapolis and some great beer bars for judges to enjoy. The Indianapolis Indians baseball team has a home stand the weekend of the Brewers Cup. Or, if you prefer to make it a family weekend, the Indianapolis Children's Museum, the Zoo or the Caribbean Cove Water park will make the kids happy. Come, judge and discover Indianapolis!
