Hmmm, if you're providing food, and people are expected to show up (as a practical matter) immediately after work (especially considering Chicagoland commuting times), wouldn't it make more sense to provide food before rather than after judging?   Nothing palate-trashing, of course, but something to ease the empty stomach before trying to judge.
