Just a friendly neighborhood reminder that all AHA Registered Homebrew Club entries are due by Saturday, April 1st (April Fool's Day). Only two bottles of beer are required for each entry, but they must meet standard AHA/BJCP SCP requirements (*see below) and don't forget to attach all paperwork and please include payment with shipments. TIA The Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers (FOAM) are proud to be the host club for the upcoming American Homebrewers Association's (AHA) Club-Only Competition (COC) sponsored by Coopers Brew Products. The March/April COC will focus on, "A Taste of Yankee Ingenuity" with BJCP Category 10 - American Ale which incorporates three styles of beer including American Pale Ale (APA), American Amber Ale and American Brown Ale. The American Ale COC will be the 5th of 6 competitions, which will help determine the 2005-2006 AHA Homebrew Club of the Year. AHA Registered Homebrew Club entries are due by Saturday, April 1st (April Fool's Day) and we're expecting between 50-60 entries from all around the country. The judging will be held on the succeeding Saturday, April 8th at High Gravity (*see below) where we'll be judging some of the nation's best homebrewed American Ales!
