HCCP is extremely compete for the running of any competition through to generating the organizer reports. The tools, in the form of reports and other printouts, it generates for organizers is excellent. It doesn't have an on-line registration capability built-in but in organizing competitions I haven't found that to be necessary since we still have to unpack and organize entries anyway. Since competitions seem to attract mostly the same entrants year after year, you can re-use the database of participants (entrants, judges, stewards) year after year. I am familiar with Alan Hord's Registration Wizard. It too is very feature rich and seems to center around on-line registration. No knowledge of BeerContestDB to compare it to the other two.
