Subject: visit to UK 


My wife and I will be heading to England and Scotland for a couple weeks at 
the end of March. We'll be taking our 1 year old son, so it will be a 
different trip. We'll stay in just a few towns and day-trip: Edinburgh, 
York, Bath, London and maybe Chester.

I'd like to visit Traquair House, Samuel Smith, and at least one 
distillery, if they aren't too far out.

Any breweries I should stop at? Pubs to seek out? I've found a few pub 
guides on the web, but so far, they are just listings with no real ratings 
or commentary.
