A double batch with the first half ran through a cfc would alow you to add o2 the the last half and have a controll. I'll put one on and let you know what developes in about 6 months. Dave Houseman asks "How much of the three hours should the proctor dedicate to the essay questions before forcing everyone to stop? And how much time should the proctor dedicate to the tasting portion of the exam? 10 minutes per beer? 12 minutes per beer? 15 minutes per beer?" Well, Dave, I was sure it was listed somewhere in the study guide, but I can't find it now. In looking back over my emails with Pete Garafalo about the exam, I see we were discussing 2.5 hours for the essay portion and 30 minutes (7.5 minutes/beer) for the tasting. I'm really enjoying the discussions going on around the whole test format and procedure. ----------------->Denny ********************************************************************** * JudgeNet - the beer judge digest * * Send plain text only, no HTML, MIME, encoded text or attachments * * Send subscription requests & changes to judge-request`at`synchro.com * ********************************************************************** Subject: Digest for the period 1/27/2004 - 1/28/2004 Date: Wed, 28 Jan 2004 01:01:13 -0500 Table of contents ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
