Subject: Call for judges 


MUGZ is proud to announce the 9th annual Land of the Muddy Waters Homebrew
Competition to be held October 11th at Front Street Brewery in Davenport IA. 
All indications are that we are to have the largest field in recent memory for
the competition and are in need of judges.  Davenport is within a 3 hour drive
of Chicago, Madison and Western burbs of Chicago.   LOTMW is a leg of the
Midwest Homebrewer of the year and promises many fine beers to be judged. 
Food will be provided, beds are available if needed and all judges are welcome
to stay for the awards ceremony to follow.   Judging will be in a morning
flight, afternoon flight and BOS so if you can't make the whole day, we can
fit you in according to your schedule.  We will start judging at 10 am and
plan to have the competition wrapped up by 5 or 6 o'clock.

Entries and judge registration can be done through our website www.mugz.org so
you can get your beers entered and sign up to judge all in one stop.  A
quality competition depends on quality judges, help us have the best of both.
