I happen to have worked as both a writer and a college English instructor, but about brewing I often defer to those whose experience exceeds my own. Michael Jackson, whose prose about beer is nearly without equal, admits that he would not be able to write a word without the skills of the brewers whose work allows him to practice his trade.
