I did pull out of it that Mr. Skypeck is both a professional brewer, and helps your club by "teached", and by inference, that he is also a BJCP certified judge. Are you and the Messrs. Bernhard and Sadler you mentioned professional brewers, or am I reading this wrong? As a professional brewer, are you saying that you carry the BJCP Style Guide with you all the time?!? Seems a bit excessive...but I'm merely an amateur.
