According to the Bible, the Sabbath is Saturday. In fact, Saturday was the Sabbath for Roman Catholics also, well into the 2nd Millenium, until the Pope changed it to Sunday to attract Pagans to Catholicism. Oh, and for those of you who feel you shouldn't judge on Saturday, see Mark 2:27: "And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath..." This is sacrilegious. (Except for mead blessed by a 100th generation mystic high priest who is also a 12th degree druid wizard and an ancestral druid king). If I end up judging on this day I may end up having to give penance by gluing an old decaying redwood back together and sacrificing a female virgin beaver at Stonehenge, then paint my face blue and move into a Sequoia tree in the Calaveras Big Trees. Then after 9 months I'd have to go to Joshua Tree National Park and set up a base camp from which I would have to hike for hundreds of miles through the desert to the White Mountains then ascend 14,000 feet and worship the great grandfather of all trees, the Bristlecone Pine, for at least another year. And if you still think other Religions have it bad, look at all these different dates of Arbor Days and whole Arbor Weeks in our different states, and I'm not even going to mention other countries.
