Saturday June 16th is the date for our Eight Seconds of Froth annual homebrew competition. It is a sanctioned event and BJCP points will be awarded. To add to the fun, like last year we'll have our event the same weekend as the Wyoming Brewer's Festival. Besides Saturday lunch, the Drafters will treat out of town judges to free WBF admission on Saturday evening. For those that care to stay over, we'll arrange nice rooms at great rates at the historic Plains Hotel, crawling distance (1 block) from the Brewers' Fest in the old Union Pacific Train Depot in downtown Cheyenne Wyoming. Judging starts at 10:00 AM on Saturday, so plan to arrive by 9:30 AM to get your judging assignments. The first session will go from 10:00 AM until about 12:00 Noon. Afternoon session goes from 1:00 PM until about 3:00 PM. Best of show panels follow immediately, with winners announced around 4:00 PM. Brewers' Fest starts at 5:00 PM. The Cheyenne Motorsports Shoot-Out is also this same weekend. Can't come to Cheyenne? At least enter!
