As one of the "co-conspiritors" in the re-awakining of sake homebrewing in North America, we have some neat things going on. First of all, for any Brewer in the Mid Atlantic Region- On Oct 12 at 6:30pm, there will be a lecture by Japan's answer to Michael Jackson- John Gauntner, with a tasting of 20 quality Sakes from Japan. At the Japan Society, 333 E. 47th St. NYC 212-752-3015. Tickets are $10.00 and expected to sell out FAST! Next for anyone who has read Fred Eckhardt's Book on sake will realise that good sake needs good KOJI, Special arrangements are being made with F.H.
