If this information isn't specified, what are your feelings on how much the score should be dinged? I guess this becomes more critical if one of the entries would be considered for placing, as was the case in a recent competition I judged. On a related note, we had a mead that had been specified as being still, but was very highly carbonated. While it's easy to understand how this might have happened, I'm curious as to how you all would handle the scoring in these situations.
