I can't say enough for all the excellent and difficult work Jay has done for the program in his extensive service in this position. He has been wanting to pass the responsibility on for a while now but was kind enough to hang in there until we were able to find a suitable replacement (no easy task). Fortunately we were able to get Dan Hall to take over which assures us continued excellence in this important assignment. I thank Jay profusely for his past efforts and Dan for making the commitment to continue the work.
