We encourage all folks to follow up on Dave Houseman's request for ideas for the board to consider -- let them know what you like, what you don't like, and what new things you'd like to see happen. While some on this forum believe we are all a bunch of know-nothing schmucks, we would like to think that, as one example, the new changes to the exam reports have been truly beneficial in steering examinees into where to look to improve their beer evaluation skills. But it comes at a cost. As always we need dedicated volunteers to deal with exam grading. Again we have a good number of exams scheduled for the near future, and as always we are in new graders. While the basic requirement for National/Master status holds, the exam directors treat each person individually, and some very good graders come from lower ranks. I already responded to Bruce Hammell's inquirey, if there are others of you interested intersted in the grading program let us know. And, before you claim yours as the largest single day, the 1994 competition was all judged in one day (about 70+ BJCP judges and 30 stewards to my recollection) Both competitions were held at the Woodstock Brewing Co. in Kingston, NY.
