Just such a package was written by Barry DeLapp (barry at pictorl.com) and is used in a number of competitions in and around Philadelphia. It prints labels for bottles, for the judges to use to apply to judge forms, pull sheets, BOS cup labels, address labels to return score sheets to entrants, stickers for consensus scores (rather than an additional sheet of paper that has to be mailed back), and does initial judge assignments. It's been used for 3 or 4 years now so it's been refined fairly well. Contact Barry and get a copy from him. The cost is nominal.
