After 3 1/2 years of excellent and productive service to the BJCP, Scott
Bickham has asked to resign as Western Exam Director. Reluctantly, we
have accepted his resignation and appointed Dave Sapsis to replace him.
Happily, Scott is willing to take over Dave's position as Associate
Director, so Dave and Scott have essentially switched assignments. Scott
will also remain as webmaster of the BJCP web page.

These appointments are effective immediately.

Many thanks to Scott Bickham for his outstanding contributions to the
Exam Director position.
