Scott points out the concern that not all judges use e-mail.  But if we go
back to the original idea proposed, that shouldn't remember.  The issue,
if I remember it correctly, was about making scores accessible via the
BJCP web page (presumably in addition to any paper and USPS/CanadaPost
methods).

Anyone looking for it on the web is likely to have email as well.  And
even if someone is using some form of public access computer (in a
library, for example) to get on the web, then that person could also set
up a free web-mail account (yahoo, hotmail, iname, et cetera) even if used
only for the purpose of retrieving BJCP scores ;-)
