Has anyone seen any minutes of any meeting of the Directors of the BJCP? I haven't! As to the BJCP Reporter that rag was to be published quarterly. in just about three years we have received 4 issuses. Seems to me that we are about 7 to 8 issuses short. WHY?? The Treasurer shall cause the preparation and presentation of semiannual reports to the Board of Directors in conjunction with the informational tax and asset reports, and will cause such reports to be appropriately published , shall prepare annually for adoption by the Board of Directors a budget that covers all program areas of the BJCP, and shall assure that BJCP funds and assets are not used to endanger the nonprofit tax exempt status of the BJCP or to violate any law, the Articles of Incorporation, or these by-laws. In three years the membership has only seen one report from the treasurer. In three years we should have seen at least five, perhaps six. The way our directors have acted the board of directors have endangered the nonprofit tax exempt status of the BJCP in that they haven't filed the required tax returns and required filings to the IRS. Where are we? Have we acquired tax exempt statis?
