Entries are due between Aug 25 and Sept 4. Detailed information, along with on-line entry and judge registration, can be found on the competition web page: http://hbd.org/users/draft/daybeerfest.html. While at the web site, check out our cool newsletter... There will be a tour of the NEW Miami Trails Microbrewery on Saturday afternoon, followed by a foodfest and awards banquet with the DRAFT club at the Dayton Canoe Club in the evening. We will be awarding wood plaques, medals and ribbons. AHA SCP. Expecting about 150 entries. Still using AHA style guide, but will probably use the "new" score sheets. All styles judged. Some beds for out-of-town judges are available. For those who haven't been to Dayton lately, this year a new brewpub (The Thirsty Dog) and microbrewery (Miami Trails) have opened in town. If you like airplanes, the U.S. Air Force Museum has one of the best collections in the world.
