In #953, Terry Terfinko asked about verifying his judging points.

I've found that an e-mail note to the primary keeper of the records,
James Spence at AHA, works very well. You can reach him at


Note that due to delays by competition organizers in sending in reports
as well as the fact that this is only one of James' many duties, he
is usually as much as 2 months behind in posting points.

On the other hand, he's very prompt about correcting any mistakes if
you point them out.

I think a mass mailing is done to all active judges each year around
February, so it might be simpler to wait until you get this annual
reconciliation, then point out any omissions or errors.
